You can use any lender licensed in the State of Maryland. If you ask us for recommendations, we'll refer you to trusted lenders who have a good track record< with our buyers. We sell hundreds of homes and know title companies that have reasonable rates and get the job done on time, but if you prefer to select your own, we'll work with them.
